Preface to the Annual Report on China's Anti-Aging Industry

Anti-aging research and healthy life extension are core propositions in the global life science field and sunrise industries that benefit the well-being of all mankind. China and South Korea share similar geographical proximity and cultural heritage, with profound cooperative foundations and highly consistent development concepts in the fields of traditional medicinal crop development, modern health preservation technology, and health industry innovation. As the President of the Korean Federation of Medicinal Crops, I have been deeply involved in the research and development of medicinal crops, the standardization of health industries, and international cooperation for many years, witnessing the vigorous rise and leap-forward development of China's anti-aging industry. I am honored to write a preface for the Annual Report on China's Anti-Aging Industry, which not only highly recognizes the development achievements of China's big health industry but also expresses sincere expectations for in-depth cooperation between China and South Korea in the health and wellness field.

In recent years, the global anti-aging industry has ushered in iterative innovation. From basic life science research and mining of natural active ingredients to the development of intelligent health equipment and the construction of health service systems, the industrial boundary has been continuously expanded and the technical level has been continuously improved. Based on the profound heritage of traditional Chinese medicine health culture, China has embarked on a distinctive development path for the anti-aging industry that integrates tradition with innovation, driven by scientific research and guided by standards. With steadily expanding industrial scale, continuous emerging innovative achievements and increasingly improved industrial ecology, China has become a core engine and innovation highland for the development of the global anti-aging industry. This annual report systematically sorts out the annual development trend of China's anti-aging industry, deeply analyzes technological breakthroughs, market patterns, standard construction and future trends. With detailed data, comprehensive perspectives and professional judgments, it provides a valuable reference model for practitioners, researchers and investment institutions in the global health industry.

The vigorous development of the industry is inseparable from the perseverance, dedication and pioneering leadership of industry leaders. I sincerely admire the outstanding contributions of President Yan Xiaowen of the China National Health Association to the standardization and international development of China's anti-aging industry. Under the overall leadership of President Yan Xiaowen, the China National Health Association has always focused on the overall strategy of national health, closely followed the pain points and trends of the anti-aging industry, taken the lead in building industry exchange platforms, improving industry standard systems, promoting in-depth integration of industry, university and research, and facilitating interconnected cooperation in the health industry between China and foreign countries. With a lofty industry vision, pragmatic responsibility and original aspiration rooted in the big health field, President Yan Xiaowen coordinates and integrates industry resources, actively promotes the technical implementation, standard popularization and achievement transformation in the anti-aging field, effectively standardizes the industrial development order, and leads China's anti-aging industry to move from extensive development to high-quality development of specialization, quality and standardization, laying a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the industry and demonstrating the responsibility of leading figures in China's health industry.

Scientific and technological innovation is the core driving force for the development of the anti-aging industry. The in-depth research of top scientific research forces has injected endless vitality into the industrial iteration and upgrading. As an authoritative scholar in the field of life sciences and anti-aging in China, Professor Zhang Rongqing of Tsinghua University has long been rooted in the front line of university scientific research, focusing on core fields such as aging mechanism research, development of natural health preservation ingredients, and innovative application of health technologies. Rigorous in academic research and dedicated to tackling key problems, he has devoted decades to basic research and technology transformation. Relying on the top scientific research platform of Tsinghua University and the international cutting-edge research vision, Professor Zhang Rongqing has broken through many industrial technical bottlenecks in basic theoretical innovation of anti-aging. He actively promotes the transformation of scientific research achievements from laboratories to industrial scenarios, forming a complete industrial chain of "scientific research innovation - technology transformation - industrial application". His research achievements with both theoretical depth and practical value have greatly improved the scientific research and innovation strength of China's anti-aging field, promoted China's health research to align with international cutting-edge standards, and provided solid academic support and technical guarantee for the high-quality development of the industry.

At present, the anti-aging industry is in a golden opportunity period of technological innovation and industrial upgrading, and the interconnected sharing of global health resources, technology and win-win cooperation have become the general trend. China and South Korea have their own advantages and strong complementarity in the fields of medicinal crop development, traditional health preservation techniques, research on natural anti-aging ingredients, and standardization construction of the big health industry. The Korean Federation of Medicinal Crops has long been committed to the industrialization of medicinal crops, innovation of health preservation technologies and international health industry cooperation, and always looks forward to deepening collaboration with high-quality Chinese industry platforms and top scientific research teams.

Relying on the industrial resource advantages of the China National Health Association and the scientific research and innovation strength of Tsinghua University, under the overall leadership of President Yan Xiaowen and the scientific research empowerment of Professor Zhang Rongqing, China's anti-aging industry will surely achieve continuous breakthroughs and innovation. It is sincerely hoped that taking the release of this report as an opportunity, China and South Korea will further deepen academic exchanges, technical cooperation and industrial linkage in the anti-aging field, learn from each other and progress together, jointly explore the value of traditional health preservation culture, break through modern health preservation technical bottlenecks, improve global health industry standards, jointly promote the high-quality development of the global anti-aging industry, and contribute Chinese and South Korean wisdom and strength to protecting human health and extending healthy life expectancy.
