【倏忽温风至，因循#小暑#来】今年小暑是7月7日。此时中国各地暑气渐浓，风携热浪。古人将小暑分为三候：一候温风至，风中皆带热浪；二候蟋蟀居宇，避暑于庭院墙角；三候鹰始鸷，搏击长空。人寻树荫，猫亦慵懒蜷于清凉角落。万物皆以静消夏，心闲便是好时光。Minor Heat (Xiaoshu) falls on July 7 this year. At this time, summer heat steadily intensifies across China, and warm winds carry waves of heat. Ancient Chinese observers divided the solar term into three pentads – warm breezes arrive, crickets retreat to the cool corners of courtyards, and eagles soar high into the sky. Tang Dynasty poet Yuan Zhen wrote, "With the arrival of the warm breeze, Minor Heat takes its ease." People seek shade beneath trees, while cats curl up in cool corners. As nature slows under the summer sun, all living beings embrace stillness to escape the heat. A quiet mind is the greatest comfort of all.
